Use our mailers to ship your slides, negatives or digital media tours free of charge. Denver Digital Imaging Center provides First Class prepaid postage mailers for incoming orders. All print orders  will be returned by USPS at no additional charge. That’s free shipping both ways! There is a $10.00 handling fee on all orders. Include suite and apartment numbers, when applicable. Standard Shipping

Denver Digital Imaging Center provides First Class prepaid postage mailers for incoming orders. Please do not send glass mounted slides through the mail. If breakage occurs, your originals could be damaged. All orders will be returned by USPS. Please include suite and apartment numbers, when applicable. Shipping will take approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

There is a $10.00 minimum on all mail orders for film processing and there is a $15.00 minimum  on all other services that are mail order.

 

IMPORTANT: Our mailers should not be used as address labels. The US Postal Service will not deliver a mail to the addressee if a Business Reply Mail envelope is attached to another envelope or box.

Priority Shipping

If you require expedited shipping, we can return your order, at your expense, via FedEx.

 

Because fees vary by weight, destination and requested delivery time, the best method of payments are with your FedEx account number, Visa or MasterCard.

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. We will provide you with instructions for having your order reprinted at no charge.

Customer accepts full responsibility for results when submitting files as “Print Ready”. We recommend viewing our Tech Tips and Profiles section for information that will help you create the best results. While digital imaging has brought the photofinishing industry to a new level of quality, with it also came many new variables. Denver Digital Imaging Center has set stringent standards for maintaining consistent print quality. Our printers, monitors, scanners and processors are constantly monitored to maintain lab standard. If you are performing your own color and density adjustments, the posibility exist that what you see on your monitor will differ slightly from the print your receive from us. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Submitting any tangible or electronic media,image, data, file, card, disc, device film, print, slide or negative, for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
